TGA recognizes the importance of personal information of our clients and will ensure to handle and
protect personal information in an appropriate and proper manner as follows.
1) Personal Information Protection Policy
TGA will respect social order and comply with the laws on personal information protection and
will make every effort to handle and protect personal information in an appropriate manner.
2) Purpose of usage of Personal Information and Electronically Stored Personal Data
The information will be used
- to provide contract execution, information and services concerning relocation consultation.
- to provide consulting services to our client companies.
- to provide payment administration services.
- to provide research services concerning the domestic and international economy, industry and
real estate situation and insurance agency services.
- to provide consulting services for immigration applications.
- to provide personal information to a third party with the scope necessary for the achievement of
the purpose mentioned above.
- to send out mail in order to provide the above services and
to make telephone calls and to send e-mails for business activities and for marketing activities.
For analysis of customer trends and research analysis of service development, etc.
- to contact clients when necessary.
- for the confirmation of the audit of accounts.
3) Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party
Personal information of our clients will not be provided or disclosed to a third party except
for the cases cited below.
- When consent is obtained from the client company.
- When the information is disclosed in a manner in which the client company cannot be identified.
- When we outsource a part of our services to another company to facilitate operations.
However, in this case, we will choose a company that observes strict measures in protecting
the personal policy of its clients and will supervise the company in an appropriate manner
when necessary.
- When disclosure is required by law.
- When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, physical safety and the protection
of personal possessions and when it is difficult to obtain consent from the person in question.
- When it is necessary especially for the promotion of sanitary improvement and the healthy development
of children and when it is difficult to obrtain consent from the person in question.
- When TGA is required to cooperate with activities of national or municipal organizations stipulated by
law and when obtaining consent from the person in questions may hinder
the execution of this activity.
- When within the scope of the Purpose of Usage of Personal Information and Electronically
Stored Personal Data in provision 2), TGA provides or discloses the name, address, telephone number,
e-mail address and other required items in the client file in written form,
by facsimile, by telephone, data storage device or by e-mail to a third party such as
the counterparty of the person in question in a contract, banking establishments,
public institutions and other third parties within the scope necessary for the achievement
of the said purpose.
4) Amendment of the Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may be subject to revision and amendment from time to time,
if required by law or to further improve the protection of personal information.
