Tenancy Management
Our organized system of tracking and high documentation standards ensure that lease and tenancy management are done efficiently and accurately by customizing the service to meet requirements.
Tenancy Management Service (International Transferees)
The focus of our Tenancy Management Service centers not only on administrative matters related to property lease agreements, such as lease renewal, lease break, lease cancellation and retrieval of deposits, but also property maintenance issues encountered during tenancy.
We act as a liaison between the owner's agent and the tenant to solve problems in a way that is satisfactory for all parties, helping to eliminate language and cultural barriers and keep a smooth relationship until the transferee moves out. This is also beneficial for the company in terms of negotiation of deposit return at the end of the lease term

Lease & Tenancy Management Service (For Local Employees of any nationality)
The scope of support required for international transferees and local employees is very different. We have prepared a program to accommodate the increased need for Lease & Tenancy Management Service under the corporate housing program for locally hired employees.
It is easier to prevent problems when there is an understanding of different cultures, a skill that our bilingual and bicultural coordinators have. Our experience is not just with the English-speaking foreign community and the Japanese, but we are also able to support employees who are from diverse cultural backgrounds. We instruct and advise on how to handle issues independently from a practical aspect as well as a cultural perspective.
